“I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited. Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. And so all of Israel will be saved, as it is written:
“The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob,
And this is my covenant with them when I take away their sins.” (Holy Bible. New International Version [NIV]. Romans 11:25-27) ***Please see vv. 1-24 for context and further clarity.
*Note: Jesus, the Messiah and Savior removes all sin.
“The night before Herod was to bring him to trial, Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains, and sentries stood guard at the entrance. Suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared and a light shone in the cell. He struck Peter on the side and woke him up. “Quick, get up!” he said, and the chains fell off Peter’s wrist. Then the angel said to him, Put on your clothes and sandals.” And Peter did so. “Wrap your cloak around you and follow me,” the angel told him. Peter followed him out of the prison, but he had no idea that what the angel was doing was really happening; he thought he was seeing a vision. They passed the first and second guard and came to the iron gate leading to the city. It opened for them by itself, and they went through it. When they had walked the length of one street the angel left him.” (Acts 12:6-10 NIV) ***Please see Acts 12:1-26 for context and further clarity.
Note: The angel of the Lord continues to break chains. Gates to the city, even iron ones, will fling open at God’s command.
Greetings Beautiful and Beloved Family of Most High God, Siblings in Jesus the Christ the Messiah and Our Savior,
“This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24 NIV)
This morning the two leading scriptures at the beginning of this post are numbers 27 and 28 of a cluster of 33 Scripture received in my spirit by the Spirit, while already engaged in the 25 Day Journey to Pentecost 2025 Bible Study series. That study ran from May 12 to Pentecost.
If you missed it, as led, please go back and review it here on this page. The journey/study blessed my heart every day. It helped make clear what God is against and Who God is in and therefore with; O it is Jesus, and in Him, us. The Bride, Church, Body of Christ love Him, the Bridegroom, and accept Him as the Son of God and Savior and hence, we are made God’s people by faith.
Our current, as yet unnamed, biblical study is quite relevant to Isaiah 61 and yesterday’s scripture John 10:1-21. Specifically, the work of the Jesus, our Shepherd, as described in His words according to the Apostle John, are a great help in this present time. As the people of God cry out for justice, grace, mercy and His return, God hears and answers. Let us keep the faith as we remember the faithfulness of our Jesus who glorified the Father as we hope to.
“I am the good shepherd, I know my sheep and my sheep know me—just as the Father knows me and I know my Father— and I lay down my life for the sheep. I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.” (John 10:14-16 NIV)
What can today’s Scripture teach us. Is it not up to the individual to ask, seek, and knock in earnest and unwavering faith and find out?
If you seek to better understand God’s Sovereignty in these uncertain times, it’s in there.
If you have been misled about the riches we, the people of God, must be most concerned about, then, it’s in there.
If you struggle to understand God’s grace and mercy, and the difference between positive and negative hate as it is revealed in Scripture, you are not alone, it’s in there. Take the time to study Romans 9:11-13 with the help of a good mentor, none better than God Who sent the Spirit as our Guide, or other reliable and true theologians.
It is good to remember that no one but God has all the answers. It is right to seek to wisdom and gain knowledge, but never to abuse these for selfish gain and to harm others.
That’s all for today Family. Have a beautiful day and let no one steer you away from the path God has predestined you for; no good comes of this.
Jesus loves you and so do I.
